1. Who (are you?), What (do you for a living?), Where (do you live?)
Hey I’m Dean I live in the U.k south east London where I’ve grown up. Im currently working as a installer doing loft conversions.
2. When did your love for sneakers start and why do you love sneakers so much?
My love for sneakers started when I was 13years old getting my first pair of (110s) airmax 95s since that moment on I was hooked and it’s only grown since then!
For me sneakers is not just rocking the best and latest but it’s about the culture and how it has evolved into something special some people don’t understand the background behind some sneakers and the story’s they tell.
3. Do you remember your first pair of sneakers? Which pair was it?
I would never forget my first pair of airmax 95 neon volt i wouldn’t go anywhere with out them! Would probably of slept in them if I could!
4. What’s your favorite brand and model?
For me it’s all about Nike that’s not to say I don’t like other brands! Even though the airmax 95 started it my favourite silhouette is probably the airmax 90.
5. How many sneakers do you have in your collection?
My collection currently is between 90-100 pairs but I try maintain that as space is limited.
6. What’s your favorite pair from your collection?
My favourite pair probably changes each week but a solid choice would always be my airmax 90 infrareds!
7. Which pair(s) are still on your wish list?
The wish list is endless but for me a pair I have always wanted is the airmax 1 elephant! Hopefully one day!
8. Do you have a favorite sneakerstore or -shop?
I wouldn’t say I had a favourite sneaker store as I usually shop from a lot of different places depending on what sneakers I’m after.
9. Which brand and / or model would you never wear in your life? And why is that?
For me some of the most uncomfortable pairs I owned was the adidas superstars I actually really like adidas as a brand but for me they was not good so I won’t be wearing them again.
10. Which sneaker in your collection was the hardest to find/get?
I think the toughest challenge was trying to hunt down the Air Max 1 Black wave I was unlucky in raffles then had to hunt around for some at the right price but we got there in the end which is all that matters!
11. What advice would you like to give to new sneakerheads?
My advice for new sneakerheads is just do you! Buy what you like post on socials what you like to many people jump on bandwagons stay true to you and your interests!
12. What has been your biggest steal ever?
There really is some great steals to be had out there! I copped the Air Max 90 Viotech for 30,- and Air Max 1 Obsidians for 100,- which is very cheap for them!
13. How much time a day / a week do you spend on “sneakers”?
I’d say 2hours give or take sometimes preparing posts and taking shots etc other times I’ll just be hunting for sneakers!
14. How do your loved ones feel about your sneaker lifestyle?
There good with it as they realise there’s a passion behind it but sometimes they might say.. (what another pair!)
